Met Ducati Dave at Rural and 60 at 4:40 and let the clutch out at 4:50... ahead of schedule. Breakfast in Parker, photo op at the London Bridge (had to bump start the ST), a big scoop of butter pecan ice cream on a Waffle cone in Oatman, photo op for Dave at the fake Mobil station on the east side, stopped and visited a high school buddy in Kingman, photo op in Seligman, then did the Lake Mary road to Clints Well and down to Payson (to stay out of the heat longer) ... then since the road was blocked at the Lake Roosevelt turn off because of a fire we did the scenic route around the lake to Globe and then home...... more riding time.... pulled in the driveway just as the odometer flipped to 700..... dark to past dark works for motorcycles too.

If you stayed home, I hope you got the grass cut and the rest of the honey-dews done.... or even worse.... had to work......

Don't you ride the Goldwing any longer?

Yep, ride the GW a lot.. over 50K now. The ST was already out, and with the new suspension and car tire, it is an even sweeter ride... not quite as cushy as the Wing but definately a 1st class sport touring bike.

Had a few low ballers and a couple that knew what they were actually looking at but none wanted to pay the price so I'll keep enjoying it myself. Riding a correctly set up bike is so sweet compared to stock that it's really hard to let it go after doing all the work. No bling, just stuff that makes it work. Oh and no, I don't take payments except the one time cash payment at title transfer time and it does not come with training wheels.
