Yes went up and back. Burned 1 gallon going up via CR turn off backroad burned 1.5 gallons coming back via mini ha ha. I brought a quart extra in case I got lost..
Be advised this ride is rough. road is now a trail once you cross the cattle gaurd at phantom ranch. You run along the creek and cross it multiple times. many steps pick your line before you go.
Mini Ha Ha is a blast. some ruts but over all it is a full out screamin ride through the pines and 2 mile wash. down side is you make 3 stops now to get through gates on the road to lake pleasent.
Bottomed out the bike twice. had to walk it through one small section of a creek. watch your brake disks cutting between some of the rocks. lost 3 bolts. one on my plastic, clutch and vest. Got lucky on the clutch 4 th gear on road back to truck.
Would be back tomorrow but have plans. now it is watch the weather for a cool front.
Also, last note. I cam back through Mini Ha ha around 1 pm. Got very warm running the last 10 miles.
