Where is this staging area

I saw some people staged and loading or unloading some quads and am curious if this is one of the riding areas I have heard of on this site in your Phoenix area. Carefree Highway heading to the 17 just before a sign for the City of Peoria. Left hand (north side of the highway). Could be common knowledge for Phoenix area folk but I don't know the area's riding spots other than hearing about them on this site.

Sounds like MM 11.5. This would be 11 1/2 miles east of Highway 60 (Wickenburg Rd.) on the north side of Highway 74 (Carefree Highway) or 19.5 miles west of I-17.

thanks, sounds about like where I was. I was still west of Lake Pleasant. I was on my way to the Diamondbacks game on Sunday for one of my daughters 21st Birthday. She wanted to have her first legal drink at a dbacks game with her dad. I figured a win would be certain with Webb pitching. No such luck but a good time was had by all. Well at least the 16 people I was with anyhow. thanks for the info. I just listened to them lose to the Padres. bummer.
