Any auto glass company could do it. This one here has had the stock windscreen replaced with safety glass by a locale firm. Its got an aftermarket wiper motor too.
Cheers Mike.

Made mine out of polycarb, same stuff my race car windshield is made out of. Two years and no problems. If you done get the height & airflow right, you will be buried in dust. Lots of the Troopers have made there own.

I made my own frame and then went to local glass company. I would recommend a gap from the hood to the bottom of the wind shield or your buggy will fill up with dust or at least mind did, I also have roof on mine so that might made a difference.

Be careful. The Plexiglas from Home Depot will shatter & scratch easily. You should be using at least Lenox Polycarbonate. A sheet for my Trooper windshield cost around $50. It has been a couple of years and I not home, so I don't have the exact cost. I use the same stuff in my race car. I made/tested a couple of windshield designs two years ago when I first got my Trooper. YES, you have to leave a gap at the bottom for dust control and we stop about 3-4" from the top bar. We have been running the present windshield for two year now with out problems. It will have to be replaced in a year or two from scratches.

I really like that window frame and enclosure. Where did you get them? I'm having trouble finding an enclosure for the Trooper T4.

Carp, the window frame and enclosure is a stock Joyner enclosure. The Joyner Lexan windshield was replaced after it disappeared coming back from a trip whilst on the back of a trailer. You wont be able to buy this enclosure anymore. A local firm here in NZ replaced the windshield with a safety glass one. I now sell UTV Enclosures for most models and are looking for a Trooper T4 to make some templates up for. Problem is the enclosures are manufactured in Kentucky and that's where I need to get a T4 to. We can do you a full enclosure for cost if you can get it over to us. A Trooper T4 Lexan W/S with Quick Connect Clamps is available right now and we can also use Lexan MR10 which is scratch resistant on both sides. MR10 Lexan is much stronger than glass, plus it wont scratch.

Cheers Mike.
