I read about that in the paper this morning wat too much red tape to try and make a decent living for that owner.

sadly competitive events are getting harder and harder to put on. whether on private propperty or in the forrest/desert (blm, ufs, az trust) really sucks because we all know that more laws and regs, combined with less places to ride promotes more ohvers breaking laws. knowingly or not. id say 90% of strictly track mx riders havent even considered an az ohv tag....if they have even heard of it. not to mention sprk arresters, trail ettiquite and things that are not a part of closed course racing. this, as other things will likely have a large impact on all of our sport.

I also saw it in the paper today.

The County has some strict guidelines.
